Bolt-on edge and base edge straight model Volvo Type 1
Bolt-on edge model Volvo type 1. An older layout that is still common on light material buckets, such as snow buckets. The basic concept in type 1 is that all bolt-on edges on the base edge have exactly the same dimensions and the perforation (cc dimensions) is the same all the way in the edge. The bolt-on edges are reversible. There are usually 3-5 identical bolt-on edges on the base edge. Hole size and bolt dimension can be 5/8 (M16), 3/4" (M20) or 1" (M24). There are about a hundred dimensional variants on this layout. A big advantage with type 1 is that you can change places on the edges, a great advantage if you have worn them differently.

To find the right article, we need either article number (Volvo or someone else's) or dimension measurements:
- Total length of the base edge
- Dimension of the screw / holes
- Length on the bolt-on edge
- Number of holes per bolt-on edge and the cc dimensions of the holes
